Staff and the manager were very quick to help and attentive when I thought I purchased a faulty vape. Manager let me test it on his battery and it hit perfect. Turns out it was my own battery that was causing issues! He even let me keep the battery and added points to my account. 10/10 experience every time I come here!
My favorite location, always taking care of me! I got a pre roll for .01 for my birthday on top of the nice lady at the front desk laminated my temporary license for me. I didn't even ask her to, very thoughtful. You can tell these people genuinely care. Also have the BEST deals and discounts for medical.

Decent selection of products but trying to get any sort of information from the staff was directed towards their website. The tender admitted to buying off the street rather than being helpful towards the questions asked. Been to dispos all over the country and this was hands down the worst experience I've had. Won't be returning.
Great experience! JoJo was my budtender. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting room is spacious, cool and comfortable. The main room was professional and relaxed, very well-organized and with a cool vibe. I'll be a regular customer. I found my new favorite dispensary!
I’ve been several times and this is my favorite dispo so far. The budtenders are all very nice and knowledgeable. The waiting room is really cool too. I love that they play music or stream movies while we wait. The prices are the most reasonable in my area too

Also this location and all of the tenders and personnel are always super nice and professional. They also always have great deals happening with their products each month!
Customer Service was terrible. I had to tell the front desk lady who was extremely rude to me that my card was good and that I use it all the time but, she preceded not to believe me. Then after a few minutes she said that it worked but, literally yelled at me when I told her repeatedly that I use at the dispensary all the time. Maybe she was too high to figure out how to scan a damn card f stupid idiot.
Pick up system needs to be more efficient. Ordering online should allow you to just pick up and go. Not wait 30 minutes for all walk ins that got there after you to get called back and served first.
